The deal
myClipr is a bookmark manager. We provide it. You use it. The rest is the boring detail.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use myClipr.
- One account per person. Don’t share login credentials. If a teammate needs in, invite them to a shared board instead.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and email [email protected].
- Provide accurate info. We don’t want it for marketing, but we do need a working email to send invoices and security notices.
Subscription and billing
- myClipr is $4.99/month or $59.88/year. Both work out to the same per-month rate; the annual plan is just billed once.
- We offer a 7-day free trial on every new subscription. A card is required at signup; you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
- After the trial, your card is charged automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage billing (a Stripe Customer Portal session) and you’ll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. We don’t offer a blanket refund policy after the trial converts. Cancel any time during the 7-day trial to avoid being charged. If something is broken or you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it out case-by-case.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. We never see your card number.
- Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, which Stripe will collect where required.
What you can do
Pretty much anything a bookmark manager is for. Save your finds. Organize them into boards. Share boards with teammates. Export everything when you want.
What you can't do
- Save illegal content, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything otherwise unlawful where we operate.
- Use myClipr to harass, threaten, or doxx anyone via shared boards or activity feeds.
- Try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. No automated mass-scraping. No bypassing rate limits. Don’t probe for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure policy.
- Resell access. The price is per-account; if you need a team-wide deal, talk to us.
- Misuse AI enrichment to generate content that violates OpenAI / Anthropic / Google policies: your bookmarks may pass through those providers.
Your stuff stays yours
The bookmarks, boards, notes, and reactions you create are yours. We have a limited license to store and display them back to you (and to anyone you’ve invited to a shared board) so the product works. We don’t sell, license, or repurpose your content.
You can export everything anytime via Settings → Data, in JSON, HTML, CSV, or Markdown.
Service changes, downtime, things we can't promise
We try hard to keep myClipr up. Stuff breaks anyway. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If something breaks badly we’ll communicate and fix it.
We may add, remove, or change features. If we kill a feature you depended on, we’ll give reasonable notice.
Termination
- You can cancel and delete your account at any time. Your subscription stops at the end of the current period; your data is deleted within minutes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, especially the “What you can’t do” list. We’ll usually warn first if it’s ambiguous.
Disclaimers and liability
myClipr is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Where liability can’t be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where myClipr Labs is incorporated. Disputes go to the competent courts there. (If you’re a consumer in the EU/UK, you keep your statutory rights in your country of residence.)
Changes to these terms
We’ll update this page when something changes and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes get an email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
